Chef Chris DiMaio of Montana Craft Kitchen and White Raven’s own Winemaker Dan Murphy combine their talents for an evening of unique wines paired with complementing appetizer dishes. Chef Chris was a sous chef at Café Kandahar and then an executive chef at Three Forks Grille. An Italian sensibility, a simple, elegant approach to cooking, combined with locally farmed and foraged ingredients, defines his cuisine as creative, intelligent, and exciting.
